Lead and supervise the Enrollment and Recruitment team to meet enrollment goals. Oversee recruitment events, develop strategic recruitment and communication plans, use MMS and Shoretel reporting to track leads and contacts, coordinate with Marketing, Financial Aid, and Student Life, manage budgets, and report enrollment initiatives to executive leadership. Provide staff training, coaching, and ensure accurate prospective student recordkeeping.

Coordinate and manage communications and media projects for Word of Life Florida. Lead student media teams and interns, produce photography, video, and graphics, manage social media, ensure event coverage, maintain brand alignment, collaborate with growth strategists, and support cross-ministry communications while tracking progress and archiving assets.
