Lead and supervise the Enrollment and Recruitment team to meet enrollment goals. Oversee recruitment events, develop strategic recruitment and communication plans, use MMS and Shoretel reporting to track leads and contacts, coordinate with Marketing, Financial Aid, and Student Life, manage budgets, and report enrollment initiatives to executive leadership. Provide staff training, coaching, and ensure accurate prospective student recordkeeping.

Purpose: To lead the Enrollment and Recruitment team in accomplishing the strategic goals and tasks of the department. To coordinate Admissions and recruitment events.  


Core Responsibilities

  • Staff Oversight
    • Supervise Associate Dean of Enrollment, Recruitment Manager, NY Admissions Advisors, NY Enrollment Services Coordinator, and Director of Financial Aid.
    • Ensure a spiritually uplifting ministry environment for all enrollment and recruitment personnel.
    • Develop training plans to ensure the team is equipped during the annual training and has continuous training throughout the year.
    • Develop a strategic plan for recruitment and enrollment to ensure the Bible Institute enrollment goals are met.
    • Ensure each team member is regularly encouraged and challenged, and provide coaching when necessary.
    • Coordinate scheduling of recruitment and admissions
  • Enrollment
    • Set lead measures and keep the team accountable to the overall Enrollment goals.
    • Utilize MMS reporting to monitor PTAC numbers.
    • Utilize shoretel and MMS reporting to monitor contact attempts.
    • Ensure prospective student files are accurately recorded both digitally and physically.
    • Develop and maintain a communication strategy for each status of lead in coordination with the Bible Institute Growth Strategist.
    • Develop and maintain physical mailings strategy in coordination with the Bible Institute Growth Strategist.
    • Develop a recruitment strategy for camps and ensure enrollment team is involved at each camp.
  • Recruitment
    • Set lead measures to and keep team accountable for overall lead generation goals and filling the top of the funnel.
    • Develop and maintain recruitment strategy in coordination with our recruitment manager.
    • Work with the recruitment manager to ensure recruitment events are scheduled.
    • Work with the Bible Institute Growth Strategist to maximize resources/displays at recruitment events
    • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of each recruitment event in coordination with the recruitment manager.
    • Ensure the dynamic representation of the school at a broad range of venues to generate a constant flow of prospective students for the Admissions Advisors.
  • Management Responsibilities
    • Ensure recruitment and enrollment are functioning within budgeted amounts.
    • Coordinate strategies with other departments (Marketing, Student Life, Financial Aid, etc.)
    • Report to WOL Executive Leadership on Enrollment and growth initiatives regularly

Other: This job requires the staff member to be able to lift boxes that weigh up to 30 pounds on occasion. It may also require bending, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, grasping and repetitive motions.

  • Strong administrative and supervisory abilities.
