Design surveys and interview guides, conduct and moderate expert calls, analyze B2B/B2C survey data, summarize takeaways, and produce concise investment briefs. Work closely with senior analysts on live client mandates, join internal research discussions, and receive structured mentorship and feedback with a pathway to a full-time equity research role.

Lead and mentor an equity research team, oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage client relationships, drive client satisfaction and retention, refine processes for operational excellence, and collaborate with senior leadership on research priorities and resource allocation.
