The Java Developer will maintain and enhance portal systems, analyze requirements, design software, and provide technical support while writing efficient code and ensuring system reliability.

Provide administrative and operational support for logistics and sales teams: prepare management reports, handle pricing inquiries and quotations, maintain CRM and sales databases, coordinate customer service and cross-functional teams, assist with sales documentation, profitability analysis, market research, and process improvement tasks.

Coordinate FTL transportation operations, manage carrier and customer relationships, negotiate freight rates, monitor shipments and resolve issues, collaborate cross-functionally, lead and mentor team members, support process improvements, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure on-time, profitable logistics service.

The Logistic Operation Coordinator is responsible for managing customer logistics needs, developing operational plans, enforcing SOPs, and building relationships with carriers and vendors while analyzing performance metrics.

Perform AR and AP transaction processing, execute and validate SAP data entry, reconcile bank accounts, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure operational stability.

Process and manage customer billing and AR/AP using internal systems, issue invoices and receipts, reconcile accounts, follow up on carrier charges and disputes, update receivables, and communicate with international AR/AP teams.

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight (air, ocean, land); manage shipments, documentation, billing, inventory and quotes; communicate with customers, agents and carriers; monitor KPIs, improve supply chain performance, and collaborate with pricing and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead daily logistics and yard operations: check attendance, assign teams, plan staging/loading from inventory, coordinate drivers and trailers, verify and print BOL and loading paperwork, perform end-of-day inventory counts, and analyze ERP data to support operational objectives.

Provide first-line hardware and software support, install and configure Linux systems and infrastructure, perform server racking, backups, asset management and documentation, troubleshoot issues, and support cross-departmental operations.

Maintain and secure enterprise networks including routers, switches, VPNs and Aruba wireless infrastructure. Perform Wi‑Fi RF planning, site surveys, and tuning; implement 802.1X/RADIUS/EAP‑TLS and ClearPass RBAC; provide Tier 2/3 and on‑site support, firmware updates, firewall rule management, and participate in on‑call rotation.

Manage freight-forwarding settlements and customer/carrier communications, prepare settlement and ad-hoc reports, process customer billing and billing corrections, audit carrier freight bills and tariffs, investigate billing errors/duplicates, improve/automate settlement processes, and use accounting knowledge and internal systems (Excel, Access, Outlook) to support accurate invoicing and P&L impact.

Maintain and support UNIX/Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Oracle Linux, Rocky) servers across production, QA, and DR environments. Perform patching, upgrades, virtualization, monitoring, troubleshooting, storage configuration, clustering support, and 24/7 data center operations. Deploy open-source Linux applications and automate tasks with Bash scripting.

Provide senior Linux systems administration and operations: install/configure servers, virtualization, storage, networking, backups, security patching/compliance, tooling (Jenkins/Git/LDAP), automation (Ansible/Foreman), Tier III support, and after-hours maintenance.

Provide Windows server administration, upgrades, disaster recovery, high-availability and operational improvements across on-premise physical and virtual environments. Troubleshoot system issues, support AD, clustering, WSUS, VMware/Citrix/Horizon, document configurations, and handle urgent after-hours incidents.

Design, implement, and maintain large-scale Cisco-based enterprise networks; manage routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP/EVPN), F5 load balancers, multicast (PIM/MSDP/Anycast-RP), and VPNs; troubleshoot L2/L3 issues; enforce network security (IPSec, 802.1x, TACACS+, firewalls); lead upgrades/migrations; document operations; collaborate with vendors and mentor junior engineers.

Provide senior-level SAP FI/CO production support: resolve high-priority finance and controlling issues, enable month/year-end closings, train users, create documentation, and support S/4HANA-related testing and implementations with HQ.

Manage drayage operations including arrival notices, ISF, delivery orders and empty returns; coordinate carriers and contingency plans; monitor KPIs and delivery status; analyze and improve carrier performance; prepare reports and corrective action plans; perform ad-hoc reporting and customer communication. Travel up to 20%.

The candidate will lead, maintain, and implement intranet systems, specializing in Java development, database modeling, and ETL processes, particularly with Alteryx.

Serve as the initial contact for internal IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing helpdesk tickets, and providing high-level customer service.

Design and develop generative models, build LLM applications, optimize AI pipelines, deploy AI services, mentor engineers, and ensure responsible AI practices.
