Design, develop, and maintain Cello system projects; provide first-tier user support and emergency fixes; monitor logs and perform basic administration; coordinate vendor interfaces via EDI; apply TDD and refactor for continuous platform quality improvement.

Provide administrative and sales support for logistics operations, including management reporting, pricing and quote preparation, CRM and customer inquiry handling, cross-functional coordination, sales documentation, profitability analysis, market research, and process improvement to support Sales and Operations teams.

Manage contract creation/changes and AR processes in SAP/SFDC, issue and send invoices, reconcile month-end data, monitor aged receivables and risks, and produce analyses and reports using advanced Excel.

Provide day-to-day SAP FI/CO production support including ticket resolution across G/L, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury and Controlling modules. Drive period-end and year-end system readiness, support month/year closing, perform testing and implementations, produce user documentation, deliver hands-on training, and coordinate system enhancements with the HQ global SAP support team.

Provide first-line support for hardware and software, install and configure Linux servers and infrastructure, perform troubleshooting, backups, asset management, documentation, physical server racking, and run installation/configuration procedures and evaluations.

Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware), EMC storage, and network equipment. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, coordinate with vendors and HQ teams, execute maintenance and patching, manage server room hardware, and document configurations and resolutions.

Manage and maintain server and storage infrastructure: install/rebuild servers, provision storage, administer virtualization, perform backups, patching, monitoring, security checks, vendor troubleshooting, and provide Tier III support and after-hours coverage.

Provide Tier 2 bilingual (Korean/English) IT helpdesk support for Windows devices and Office suite, troubleshoot Active Directory (accounts, GPOs, permissions), handle escalations, perform onboarding/offboarding, support software deployment/patching, maintain tickets in service management systems, provide on-site and off-hour VIP support, and recommend long-term fixes and process improvements to ensure IT security compliance.

Provide on-site Varicent operational support: resolve user issues, manage data loads and calculation cycles, maintain Alteryx workflows, validate data from DataHub, test and document fixes, and liaise with internal teams and Varicent vendor to ensure stable incentive compensation operations.

Oversee and implement ERP systems, assist with SAP SD/MM configuration, design functional specifications, and ensure communication across the organization.

The SAP PMO Consultant will coordinate SAP projects, manage documentation, track progress, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders, requiring bilingual skills in English and Korean.

Provide SAP FI functional consulting and full-lifecycle implementation support, tailor solutions to business needs, train and support end users, manage data conversion and project plans, troubleshoot system issues including off-hours/month-end support, recommend process improvements, and coordinate with HQ.

Manage end-to-end IT procurement for hardware, software, and maintenance: select vendors, negotiate contracts, process and track POs, resolve invoicing issues, train internal users and vendors, generate purchasing reports, and support month-end closing.

Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Python; build front-end interfaces; design and consume RESTful APIs; integrate AI/LLM features; create RPA workflows; manage relational databases; support CI/CD and DevOps tasks; deploy and troubleshoot on Linux and Windows Server; participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews; and communicate bilingually in English and Korean.
