Develop, enhance, and maintain portal systems using Java, Spring, and related tools. Analyze requirements, write clean testable code, perform code reviews and unit testing, support deployments and integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure system reliability.

Collect, analyze, and report on logistics claim data; monitor aging claims and notify stakeholders; obtain data from systems (NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS); build ETL processes and automated reports; support ad hoc reporting and meet strict deadlines.

Provide IT infrastructure and end-user support for manufacturing systems, deliver first-level MES support, troubleshoot operations and data flows, coordinate with HQ IT/development, maintain asset records, document procedures, and assist with basic database tasks and process documentation.
