Leads enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, e-commerce platform growth, app and system development, and global architecture initiatives. Oversees ERP/SAP and CRM implementation, integration, configuration, maintenance, security, compliance, infrastructure, and process automation. Develops technology roadmaps, aligns systems with business goals, manages cross-functional initiatives, and leads and mentors the technology team. Requires strong experience in e-commerce, ERP/SAP systems, cloud computing, databases, system architecture, and bilingual Korean-English communication.

Provides on-site operational support for Varicent incentive compensation systems, including data loads, calculation cycles, workflow monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, and user support. Processes and validates DataHub data, develops Alteryx workflows, investigates discrepancies, documents procedures, and coordinates system enhancements and defect resolution with internal teams and external vendors. Supports monthly incentive cycles and communicates with business stakeholders and global teams.

Supports company promotion, digital marketing operations, social media content, website and Google campaign optimization, lead generation, customer follow-up, prospect research, outbound engagement, branding, and marketing reporting. The role requires Korean and English fluency and is suited to a current or recent student or graduate in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
