Provides meal and dining-room service for residents, staff, and visitors while accommodating prescribed diets, allergies, and texture requirements. Maintains food and equipment temperatures, stocks and labels kitchenette items, follows hygiene and food-safety procedures, keeps dining areas safe, completes assigned service duties, and follows emergency procedures. Requires basic computer skills, reliable attendance, flexible scheduling, and effective communication with elderly residents.

Provides dining service for residents, staff, and visitors in a residential care setting. Serves meals according to prescribed diets, allergies, and texture requirements; monitors food and equipment temperatures; stocks and labels kitchenettes; maintains hygiene, safety, and dining-room cleanliness; follows emergency procedures; and completes assigned service tasks and training. Requires basic food handling knowledge, computer skills, reliable attendance, and effective communication with elderly residents.

Coordinates and supervises mechanical and HVAC operations, including equipment repair, preventive maintenance, inventory, work orders, contractors, purchasing, scheduling, compliance, and staff guidance. Operates building management systems to maintain comfort and energy efficiency, advises on equipment replacement, manages maintenance documentation and payroll software, and supports the Director of Plant Operations with life-safety and facility needs.
