Requires basic food handling knowledge, computer skills, reliable attendance, and effective communication with elderly residents.

Coordinates and supervises mechanical and HVAC operations, including equipment repair, preventive maintenance, inventory, work orders, contractors, purchasing, scheduling, compliance, and staff guidance. Operates building management systems to maintain comfort and energy efficiency, advises on equipment replacement, manages maintenance documentation and payroll software, and supports the Director of Plant Operations with life-safety and facility needs.
