Provides clerical and administrative support across multiple departments, including reception, communications, scheduling, meeting minutes, filing, inventory ordering, document preparation, database and records maintenance, event coordination, incident reporting, and emergency drill tracking. Maintains confidentiality, supports front-office coverage, and assists programs and quality assurance activities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate records.

Provide community-based nursing care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities: conduct monthly face-to-face assessments, medication reconciliation, review labs and physician orders, supervise unlicensed staff, document billable notes, provide direct nursing treatments, staff training, on-call coverage, and coordinate care with physicians and agencies to ensure DMH and CARF compliance.
