Provide hands-on IT support and assist with asset inventory, device setup, Tier I helpdesk tickets, documentation, SOPs, training materials, and IT project tasks under supervision.

Provide community-based nursing care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities: conduct monthly face-to-face assessments, medication reconciliation, review labs and physician orders, supervise unlicensed staff, document billable notes, provide direct nursing treatments, staff training, on-call coverage, and coordinate care with physicians and agencies to ensure DMH and CARF compliance.
