Leads and expands regional after-school and youth development programs across partner schools. Supervises site coordinators and club leaders, manages budgets and resources, ensures quality and compliance, develops school and community partnerships, coordinates training and events, supports staffing, manages crises, and evaluates program impact through reporting and continuous improvement.

Oversee quality assurance for after-school educational programs across multiple sites. Observe program delivery, assess compliance and effectiveness, gather data, report findings, recommend improvements, train and support on-site staff, and collaborate with school administrators and program leadership. The role also assists with hiring, promotes safe and inclusive environments, and travels throughout the Greater Los Angeles area for site support and training.

Develops and facilitates visual and performing arts curriculum and training, with a strong focus on dance genres including folklorico, hip-hop, modern, cheer, and color guard. Supports staff development, new-hire orientation, train-the-trainer programs, program quality, events, and training logistics. Researches youth-development and performing-arts practices, collaborates across teams, coordinates external partners, evaluates program impact, and delivers training in person or remotely across regional school sites.

Lead and manage full-cycle semi-monthly payroll for a multi-site nonprofit using ADP Workforce Now. Supervise payroll staff, ensure California and multi-state compliance, drive process improvements, manage integrations with HRIS/finance/timekeeping, handle audits and reporting, and serve as primary payroll subject-matter expert and cross-functional partner.
