Manage day-to-day benefits and leave administration including enrollments, 403(b) support, FMLA/state leave coordination, ADP data maintenance, vendor coordination, compliance reporting, employee communications, and process improvements to support a positive employee experience.

Build and lead Woodcraft Rangers' first PMO: design charter, governance, intake and prioritization, dashboards, KPIs, and tooling. Lead early high-priority initiatives, coach project managers, drive adoption, and partner with operations and executives to ensure portfolio visibility, resource alignment, and continuous improvement.

Designs, coordinates, and facilitates new hire orientation and 30/60/90-day onboarding journeys for all staff. Manages LMS enrollment, onboarding logistics, surveys, and shadow day scheduling. Tracks new hire progress, analyzes feedback, and supports ADP/HRIS processing during peak hiring.

Run exception reports, follow up with site teams to correct data, support audit-ready reporting for funders, provide site-level support and training, and ensure FERPA-compliant data handling while escalating recurring issues to the Data Manager.

Oversee regional data operations and supervise Data Coordinators to ensure accurate attendance, enrollment, and participant records. Lead data quality efforts, review exception reports, coach site staff, support system launches and trainings, ensure FERPA and funder reporting compliance, maintain audit-ready records, and coordinate cross-regional standards while regularly traveling to program sites.

Lead data operations across LA and Inland Empire regions, owning reporting governance, funder and district data relationships, and a shared data model. Supervise regional data managers and analyst, ensure timely, accurate funder submissions, oversee attendance/enrollment systems, enforce data quality and FERPA compliance, and partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into operational workflows.

Supervise and support campers in a sleepaway camp setting, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and positive development. Lead and assist camp activities, implement schedules and behavior expectations, follow health and emergency procedures, and participate in evening programs, overnights, and special events. Act as a positive role model and collaborate with camp staff to create an inclusive, engaging camp experience.

Lead safe, inclusive outdoor activities for TK and Junior Rangers (groups up to 10). Develop age-appropriate programs, monitor attendance and engagement, build positive relationships, request materials, follow safety and emergency protocols, attend trainings and occasional field trips, and report to the Site Coordinator.

Provide on-site supervision and lead age-appropriate after-school activities for ~20 K-12 students, ensure safety and attendance, collaborate with site staff, attend trainings, manage materials, and support events and field trips.

Manage daily operations of an elementary after-school program: supervise staff, ensure student safety, coordinate schedules, materials, attendance, field trips, staff training, and compliance with site protocols and payroll processes.

Lead and expand Woodcraft Rangers expanded learning programs by managing Program Managers and Site Coordinators, overseeing budgets, compliance, recruitment, curriculum, and partner relationships. Drive program growth (ELOP, TK, universal access), coordinate staff training, monitor program quality through observations and data-driven evaluation, and communicate impact to stakeholders while fostering team development and community partnerships.

Manage daily logistics of an on-site middle school after-school program, supervise and coach staff, ensure student safety, maintain attendance and schedules, coordinate materials, field trips, and trainings, approve timesheets, and communicate with parents, school administration, and community partners.

Design and produce visual media (video, photography, graphics) for digital and print learning, collaborate with L&D stakeholders, apply eLearning best practices, manage multiple projects to meet deadlines, and support in-person media capture and scalable training solutions across Southern California.
