Lead and manage full-cycle semi-monthly payroll for a multi-site nonprofit using ADP Workforce Now. Supervise payroll staff, ensure California and multi-state compliance, drive process improvements, manage integrations with HRIS/finance/timekeeping, handle audits and reporting, and serve as primary payroll subject-matter expert and cross-functional partner.

Manage purchasing, receiving, warehousing, inventory and distribution for Inland Empire and regional sites. Support inclusion of neurodiverse students in after-school programs by designing individualized support plans, coaching staff, implementing inclusive strategies, monitoring behavior using MTSS, facilitating transitions and participation, conducting environmental assessments, and providing trainings. Travel between sites, occasional conferences, and camp support required.

Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of organizational training programs. Manage curricula, facilitation (virtual and in-person), evaluation, data-driven improvements, LMS administration, cross-functional collaboration, and large-scale training project management to strengthen staff capacity and program quality.

Lead on-site after-school chess club for ~20 K-12 students, creating safe, inclusive, age-appropriate activities, tracking attendance, attending trainings, following safety protocols and certifications, collaborating with site staff, and supporting events and field trips.

Lead and coordinate a sports-focused afterschool program: ensure safety and inclusion, coach staff, implement protocols, manage schedules/attendance/budgeting, coordinate field trips, and support staff development to foster youth growth.
