Provide Tier 1 IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software, maintain inventory and assets across 120+ sites, manage logistics and vendor relationships, support equipment purchasing and event setups, perform routine audits, operate vehicles, and prepare asset and inventory reports.

Manage development and implementation of K–12 after-school and intersession academic programs. Curate and adapt curriculum, train staff, monitor student performance, coordinate with schools and partners, conduct site visits, and support data collection and reporting. Oversee program quality, classroom management practices, and alignment with partner goals across multiple sites; provide professional development and collaborate with internal teams and community organizations.

Produce and validate external funder reports and maintain internal dashboards and KPI analyses across LA and Inland Empire. Build recurring submissions, manage reporting calendar, pre-validate data quality, document methodologies, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to inform program and leadership decisions while ensuring FERPA and data-sharing compliance.

Support after-school programs by managing sign-in/out, attendance, rosters, and family communication; maintain site records, assist with reports and events, substitute for staff as needed, uphold safety protocols, and participate in required trainings.

Observe, assess, and report on after-school program delivery to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality. Provide staff training, support hiring, liaise with school administrators, collect data, recommend improvements, and promote inclusive, safe program environments.

Execute full-cycle recruiting across assigned regions and roles: source, screen, schedule, and manage candidate communications. Build pipelines, represent the organization at events, track recruiting metrics, leverage ATS/AI/project tools, and partner with hiring managers to meet seasonal and year-round staffing goals.

Support planning, coordination, and delivery of youth sports programs across afterschool, summer, and agency events. Provide site-level staff support, help develop curriculum and logistics, ensure program compliance, collect data for improvement, communicate with partners and families, and model inclusive, safe sports-based youth development.

Manage day-to-day benefits and leave administration including enrollments, 403(b) support, FMLA/state leave coordination, ADP data maintenance, vendor coordination, compliance reporting, employee communications, and process improvements to support a positive employee experience.

Build and manage a centralized internal communications infrastructure and knowledge management system; create clear, audience-appropriate content; establish protocols, cadence, and onboarding to drive adoption; partner with leadership to align messaging; monitor and optimize communications effectiveness.

Maintain accurate participant, enrollment, and attendance records across required systems. Run exception reports, follow up with site teams to correct data, support audit-ready reporting for funders, provide site-level support and training, and ensure FERPA-compliant data handling while escalating recurring issues to the Data Manager.

Oversee expanded learning and intersessional programs across the region, supervising Program Managers and Site Coordinators. Lead staffing, budgets, curriculum, compliance, program growth, partner relationships, data-driven evaluation, and professional development. Collaborate with HR, Communications, Development, and Learning & Development to expand TK-12 and early education offerings, ensure fiscal and programmatic compliance, and report program impact to stakeholders.

Manage daily logistics of an on-site middle school after-school program, supervise and coach staff, ensure student safety, maintain attendance and schedules, coordinate materials, field trips, and trainings, approve timesheets, and communicate with parents, school administration, and community partners.

Lead implementation and continuous improvement of early learning (TK-K) programs. Manage and coach Early Learning Associates, develop curriculum and training, oversee project timelines, ensure program quality and compliance, build partner relationships, drive research-informed improvements, and support scalability and monitoring systems.

Oversee daily logistics of the after-school program, ensuring student safety and inclusive environment. Lead and coach on-site staff, manage schedules, attendance, timesheets (ADP), budgets and materials, coordinate field trips and trainings, liaise with parents and school administration, and perform related administrative duties.

Supervise and care for campers in a sleepaway camp setting, model positive behavior, implement schedules and safety/emergency procedures, plan and lead activities, support evening programs and overnights, and foster camper development, inclusion, and fun.

Provide on-site supervision and lead age-appropriate after-school activities for ~20 K-12 students, ensure safety and attendance, collaborate with site staff, attend trainings, manage materials, and support events and field trips.

Lead and expand Woodcraft Rangers expanded learning programs by managing Program Managers and Site Coordinators, overseeing budgets, compliance, recruitment, curriculum, and partner relationships. Drive program growth (ELOP, TK, universal access), coordinate staff training, monitor program quality through observations and data-driven evaluation, and communicate impact to stakeholders while fostering team development and community partnerships.

Own regional day-to-day data operations, supervise a Data Coordinator, ensure attendance/enrollment/participant records and partner workflows are accurate and on time, lead data quality, training, and coaching for site teams, support funder reporting and audit readiness, and collaborate with cross-regional peers to maintain consistent data models and standards.

Maintain accurate operational workflows, manage data entry and content libraries, document and enforce procedures, coordinate recurring tasks and cross-team requests, flag system issues, and propose process improvements to ensure continuity and timely completion of operational work across departments.

Lead and expand after-school and specialty youth programs across a region. Oversee site coordinators, build partnerships, manage budgets, ensure compliance, deliver trainings, coordinate events, report impact, and support staffing and crisis response to improve program quality and attendance.
