Lead and manage full-cycle semi-monthly payroll for a multi-site nonprofit using ADP Workforce Now. Supervise payroll staff, ensure California and multi-state compliance, drive process improvements, manage integrations with HRIS/finance/timekeeping, handle audits and reporting, and serve as primary payroll subject-matter expert and cross-functional partner.

Support execution and continuous improvement of after‑school programs by observing delivery, ensuring compliance and quality, training and supporting staff, liaising with school administrators, reporting findings, and assisting with hiring and program implementation across multiple sites.

Manage end-to-end cross-departmental projects for Expanded Learning, Student Services, and Learning & Development. Build and maintain project plans, track risks and milestones, facilitate meetings, design repeatable workflows and SOPs, produce executive reporting, support program launches and quality-assurance monitoring, and drive projects to completion while managing confidential information and stakeholder communication.
