Cabin Leaders supervise and support campers during multi-day outdoor camp sessions. Responsibilities include ensuring camper safety and well-being, fostering social and leadership development, managing behavior, leading activities, supporting evening programs and overnights, following health and emergency procedures, and collaborating with camp staff. The role requires staying onsite in Big Bear Valley and participating in active outdoor activities in varying conditions.

Leads after-school clubs for approximately 20 children by creating safe, inclusive, engaging activities that support whole-child development. Maintains attendance records, builds relationships with students and families, collaborates with staff, supports events, follows safety procedures, participates in training, and helps obtain program materials. The role requires weekday afternoon availability, communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively with K-12 youth.
