Teams at Woodcraft Rangers

Supports neurodiverse students in after-school programs by developing individualized support plans, coaching staff on inclusive strategies, managing behavior with positive reinforcement, and promoting safe participation in academic, social, motor, and recreational activities. The role collaborates with site teams and families, supports transitions and events, provides training, and travels frequently among school and camp locations.

Owns high-volume employee onboarding operations and compliance, including background checks, LiveScan, TB clearances, certifications, I-9s, tax forms, payroll setup, HRIS data maintenance, audits, and employee data changes. Coordinates onboarding logistics, communicates with managers and new hires, supports compliance reporting, and assists with orientation, LMS enrollment, and shadow days during peak hiring seasons.

Leads after-school sports and enrichment activities for approximately 20 K-12 students. Creates a safe, inclusive environment; supports social-emotional development, skill building, and leadership; tracks attendance; builds relationships with youth, families, and staff; coordinates events; requests materials; follows safety protocols; attends training; and participates in field trips as needed.
