The role partners with IT, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Customer Care, Business Intelligence, and external providers to deliver compliant, customer-focused platform improvements.

Produces cinematic, social-first and broadcast video content from concept through publishing. Responsibilities include videography, lighting, editing, platform optimization, betting-content production, campaign support, broadcast coordination, and video-asset management. The role leads weekly content initiatives, captures signature horseracing events, troubleshoots production issues, and maintains organized media archives while aligning storytelling with marketing and brand objectives.
