Leads B2B and B2C marketing strategy, multichannel campaigns, content and brand development, CRM automation, lead nurturing, and performance analytics. Collaborates with sales, training, partnerships, and operations teams to drive enrollment, partner growth, and revenue. Conducts market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis while managing launches, events, webinars, and marketing reporting. Requires bilingual English and French communication and end-to-end marketing leadership.

Coordinates international operations across Europe and Africa, including training delivery, onboarding, finance, academic coordination, customer experience, vendors, and examination center activities. Improves workflows, documentation, SOPs, and operational systems; tracks KPIs and prepares management reports; resolves bottlenecks; and supports scalable business growth. The role requires independent execution in a remote environment, cross-functional coordination, and strong communication in English and French.
