Sell international holiday packages, tours, and travel products to online and email customers. Responsibilities include meeting sales and revenue targets, advising customers using travel experience and product training, managing bookings and administration, providing ongoing support, handling complaints, responding to inquiries, supporting colleagues, and participating in training. The role requires international travel experience, computer competency, a matric certificate, and access to Midrand, with hybrid work flexibility and uncapped commission.

Owns the company’s accounting records and full trial balance, manages month-end close, prepares management accounts and financial reports, performs reconciliations, oversees payroll, payables and receivables, supports tax and audit requirements, monitors cash flow, and maintains accounting controls. The role also supervises, reviews, and develops one Accounts Assistant while resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely, accurate financial information.

The role involves achieving sales targets, advising customers on travel products, handling bookings, and maintaining customer relationships. Prior travel experience is essential.
