Coordinates the complete order-to-cash process for customers and distributors across the Middle East and Africa. Responsibilities include order processing, transport coordination, invoicing, after-sales support, customer communication, internal follow-up, and collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, and Marketing. The role also supports sales managers, monitors customer forecasts, contributes to production planning, identifies order issues, and keeps stakeholders informed.

Coordinates global marketing workflows, resources, agencies, and creative teams across brands and markets. Manages briefs, priorities, capacity, budgets, vendors, KPIs, dashboards, quality controls, SLAs, and process improvements. Oversees Wrike, Kadanza, HubSpot-related workflows, translation processes, and system adoption while identifying opportunities for automation and AI-enabled efficiency.

Support international sales and e-commerce growth by building dashboards, tracking KPIs, managing CRM data, conducting market and platform research, preparing executive materials, coordinating stakeholders, and implementing automation using Power Platform, Excel, SQL and AI tools.
