Support international sales and e-commerce growth by building dashboards, tracking KPIs, managing CRM data, conducting market and platform research, preparing executive materials, coordinating stakeholders, and implementing automation using Power Platform, Excel, SQL and AI tools.

Manage and grow international private-label key accounts; lead customer projects and new product introductions from award to launch; coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-quality, on-budget delivery; monitor forecasts, margins, milestones, and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate the full order-to-cash process for MEA customers, serve as primary customer/distributor contact, handle order processing, transport arrangements, billing, after-sales, and liaise with production, logistics, supply chain, marketing and commercial managers to ensure forecasts and deliveries.
