Job Description

Are you a data-driven commercial operations professional with a passion for analytics, reporting, and you have relevant e-commerce experience? We're looking for an Sales & eCommerce Operations Specialist to provide the analytical and operational backbone that supports the growth of our international automotive distribution networks, and our emerging e-commerce ambitions.

In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights, build reporting frameworks and dashboards, support strategic decision-making, and help drive the development of our global e-commerce ambitions.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and meeting materials.
  • Manage and enrich CRM data, distributor mapping, market intelligence, and competitive insights.
  • Conduct market research, e-commerce audits, and platform benchmarking.
  • Track commercial and e-commerce KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with different internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, IT, logistics,..) and external partners to support channel development initiatives.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and AI-enabled tools.

 

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commercial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in commercial operations, business analytics, sales support, channel management and/or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate / Power Apps, and VBA.
  • Experience with CRM systems, SQL (SQL Server / Azure SQL), and database querying.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or digital distribution models.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
