Lead a finance shared services team handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, financial close, transaction reviews, compliance, and service-level performance. The role oversees daily operations, resolves process issues, supports automation and continuous improvement, coaches team members, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on finance processes and transitions.

Performs month-end close, prepares financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, tax-related documents, and audit support. Partners with finance teams and external consultants to maintain accurate reports, controls, and records across multiple business units. Requires strong accounting, analytical, communication, deadline-management, and Excel skills, along with team-management experience.

Leads and executes full-cycle talent acquisition for India, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, ATS administration, stakeholder and vendor management, recruitment analytics, compliance, and onboarding coordination. Provides guidance to the recruitment team while working autonomously as an individual contributor. The role specializes in FinTech hiring and bulk or fresher recruitment and requires working from the office.
