Lead supply chain strategy and execution for multi-site food and beverage manufacturing. Own supplier sourcing and negotiations, procurement, production and inventory planning, demand forecasting and S&OP, logistics, ERP and analytics, continuous improvement, and compliance to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and operational excellence.

Support the Senior Commodities Director with data management and analysis of commodity prices, costs, forecasts, and purchase positions. Create and maintain Excel reports, coordinate internally and with customers on volumes/pricing, assist forecasts and commodity coverage, perform administrative tasks, and evaluate physical coffee and tea products.

Serve as the on-site HR contact for two manufacturing facilities, managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, compliance, engagement initiatives, recordkeeping, and performance management while partnering with the HR Director to implement HR programs and support operational staffing needs.
