Leads the design, development, maintenance, testing, deployment, and documentation of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. Partners with business stakeholders across operations, finance, sales, supply chain, and IT to automate processes and build scalable applications. Establishes Power Platform development, governance, ALM, and documentation standards; troubleshoots integrations and workflow issues; manages releases; and mentors junior developers.

Operates processing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production, quality, food safety, labor, and waste goals. Performs equipment startup, shutdown, minor adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and changeovers. Records batch, traceability, quality, and production data using Redzone and related paperwork. Maintains sanitary work areas, reports defects and safety concerns, follows GMPs and emergency procedures, and supports preventive maintenance and safety initiatives.

On-site HR Business Partner supporting Malden and Wilmington manufacturing facilities: manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, partner with staffing agencies, handle employee relations, training, compliance, performance management, engagement initiatives, recordkeeping, and collaborate with HR Director to implement HR programs and workforce planning.

Creates cross-channel brand and promotional materials, including advertising, packaging, product renderings, point-of-purchase displays, web content, coupons, and sales presentations. Collaborates with brand management, agencies, PR, e-commerce partners, copywriters, photographers, and internal stakeholders. Translates creative briefs, incorporates feedback, tracks design projects, and oversees image retouching and color correction while maintaining brand standards.

Operate food processing equipment across multiple shifts while following GMP, food safety, employee safety, quality, and production requirements. Perform equipment startup, shutdown, minor adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, inspections, changeovers, and preventative maintenance. Record batch, quality, traceability, and production data using Redzone and required paperwork. Maintain sanitary work areas and support production goals for labor, waste, downtime, and product quality.

Plan and schedule outbound transportation for 600+ customer accounts, optimize freight costs via consolidation and spot quoting, track shipments and resolve delays, ensure on-time delivery for key accounts, handle logistics administration (tendering, invoicing, claims), and support implementation and maintenance of MRP/WMS/TMS systems.

Build and grow accounts across convenience stores, cafes, bakeries and restaurants in assigned New England territory. Sell Reily Foods/New England Coffee products, provide sampling and training, expand portfolios, report sales activity and forecasts, support local marketing events, and develop territory growth strategies.
