Maintain and steward product master data across systems to support new product introductions and daily production. Create and optimize data flows, process change requests, validate ERP/MRP setups, and collaborate cross-functionally on tools and data integrity projects while meeting deadlines.

Build and grow accounts across convenience stores, cafes, bakeries and restaurants in assigned New England territory. Sell Reily Foods/New England Coffee products, provide sampling and training, expand portfolios, report sales activity and forecasts, support local marketing events, and develop territory growth strategies.

Support and coordinate supply chain activities including inventory control, batch order creation and processing, production support, and purchasing. Maintain item/lot/batch/location records, lead cycle counts and reconciliations, resolve inventory discrepancies, assist with purchase orders and vendor communication, and collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams. Requires schedule flexibility for counts, batch periods, and system transitions.

Plan and schedule outbound transportation for 600+ customer accounts, optimize freight costs via consolidation and spot quoting, track shipments and resolve delays, ensure on-time delivery for key accounts, handle logistics administration (tendering, invoicing, claims), and support implementation and maintenance of MRP/WMS/TMS systems.

Drive profitable growth for regional foodservice accounts by developing and executing sales strategies, managing brokers and trade funds, owning P&L, analyzing syndicated data, launching products with marketing, and maintaining customer relationships. Travel throughout the territory to meet clients, forecast, and attend trade events.

Support rotating accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, AR/AP, deductions management, vendor and customer issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. Perform analysis and navigate company systems to support accounting close and collections.

On-site HR Business Partner supporting Malden and Wilmington manufacturing facilities: manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, partner with staffing agencies, handle employee relations, training, compliance, performance management, engagement initiatives, recordkeeping, and collaborate with HR Director to implement HR programs and workforce planning.
