Entry-level accounting role supporting accounts payable/receivable, deductions resolution, reconciliations, journal entries, budgeting, product costing, audit support, and cross-functional collaboration. Create and maintain production schedules using demand data and MRP outputs in D365; manage raw material ordering and vendor communication; resolve schedule issues, analyze root causes, lead change control for new items, support receiving and production meetings, and drive continuous improvement.

Support the Senior Commodities Director with data management and analysis of commodity prices, costs, forecasts, and purchase positions. Create and maintain Excel reports, coordinate internally and with customers on volumes/pricing, assist forecasts and commodity coverage, perform administrative tasks, and evaluate physical coffee and tea products.

Serve as the on-site HR contact for two manufacturing facilities, managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, compliance, engagement initiatives, recordkeeping, and performance management while partnering with the HR Director to implement HR programs and support operational staffing needs.

Drive profitable growth for regional foodservice accounts by developing and executing sales strategies, managing brokers and trade funds, owning P&L, analyzing syndicated data, launching products with marketing, and maintaining customer relationships. Travel throughout the territory to meet clients, forecast, and attend trade events.
