Provides on-site IT support across multiple manufacturing plants, resolving help desk, hardware, software, network, account, and business application issues. Deploys and inventories devices, installs cabling and network equipment, supports ERP/MRP and shop-floor systems, applies security updates, and coordinates outage resolution. Requires independent troubleshooting, regular travel between Cleveland-area locations, physical equipment setup, and occasional production-floor work with PPE.

Supports business development by preparing cost estimates for metal stamping and fabrication projects. Reviews RFQs, prints, specifications, and CAD models; calculates material, tooling, labor, and secondary-operation costs; obtains vendor quotes; tracks estimates in quoting and ERP systems; collaborates with engineering, tooling, and production on manufacturability and savings; communicates with customers; and supports proposals, pricing, and process improvement.

Lead new business growth for metal stamping, tooling, and fabrication by building pipeline, managing RFQs and quotes, negotiating contracts, partnering with Engineering/Operations for successful program launches, and representing the company to OEMs and Tier suppliers.

Act as the technical liaison between customers and manufacturing, evaluate prints/3D models for manufacturability, recommend DFM improvements, develop quotes and proposals, pursue new business, manage accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, support APQP/PPAP launches, and travel to customer sites and trade shows.

The Manual Machinist sets up and operates machines, interprets technical drawings, inspects precision components, and collaborates with teams to improve quality.
