Lead the integration of shop floor performance with financial systems to improve labor productivity, costing accuracy, inventory control, and data integrity. Reconcile ERP data, automate reporting, implement finance systems, use AI for anomaly detection, and drive corrective actions across departments to reduce margin erosion and labor losses.

Lead new business growth for metal stamping, tooling, and fabrication by building pipeline, managing RFQs and quotes, negotiating contracts, partnering with Engineering/Operations for successful program launches, and representing the company to OEMs and Tier suppliers.

Act as the technical liaison between customers and manufacturing, evaluate prints/3D models for manufacturability, recommend DFM improvements, develop quotes and proposals, pursue new business, manage accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, support APQP/PPAP launches, and travel to customer sites and trade shows.
