Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Google and Meta to drive pipeline and ROI. Manage budgets, run A/B tests for audiences/creatives/landing pages, maintain tracking and attribution, analyze performance with analytics tools, collaborate with design/content, and explore new paid channels to optimize conversion quality and CAC.

As the HR Ops lead, you will oversee HR operations including employee onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and process improvement while ensuring data integrity and employee experience.

Drive North American outbound pipeline for B2B wholesale and distribution. Research and qualify accounts, make 100+ cold calls daily, personalize outreach across channels, set demos with AEs, and keep accurate HubSpot CRM records while iterating on messaging.
