Lead DevOps/SRE responsible for designing and operating GCP infrastructure, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes/GKE management, CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, observability, SLO/SRE practices, incident response, cost optimization, security best practices, and mentoring other DevOps engineers.

Provide L2 technical support for a SaaS B2B commerce platform: troubleshoot production issues, analyze GCP logs, debug APIs and integrations, perform root cause analysis, collaborate with engineering/product teams, communicate status to customers, and maintain knowledge base and process improvements. Work US business hours (India night shift).

Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Google and Meta to drive pipeline and ROI. Manage budgets, run A/B tests for audiences/creatives/landing pages, maintain tracking and attribution, analyze performance with analytics tools, collaborate with design/content, and explore new paid channels to optimize conversion quality and CAC.
