Own WizCommerce’s SEO content engine from strategy and ideation through distribution and performance measurement. Develop AI-assisted workflows using LLMs, optimize content for traditional and generative search, repurpose pillar content across social and newsletter channels, and track traffic, CTR, citation share, and answer-engine visibility. The role requires advanced prompting, editorial judgment, semantic SEO expertise, strong writing, and proficiency with SEO, analytics, and AI orchestration tools.

Provide L2 technical support for a SaaS B2B commerce platform: troubleshoot production issues, analyze GCP logs, debug APIs and integrations, perform root cause analysis, collaborate with engineering/product teams, communicate status to customers, and maintain knowledge base and process improvements. Work US business hours (India night shift).

Lead DevOps/SRE responsible for designing and operating GCP infrastructure, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes/GKE management, CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, observability, SLO/SRE practices, incident response, cost optimization, security best practices, and mentoring other DevOps engineers.
