Performs journal entries, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, month-end accruals, adjusting entries, and close support. Conducts variance analysis, assists with accounts payable and receivable, maintains compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and resolves accounting queries with cross-functional teams.

Manage end-to-end client implementations for the US market: gather requirements, create plans, run onboarding/training, coordinate cross-functional teams, troubleshoot, document processes, track KPIs, and feed client insights to product for continuous improvement.

Provide L2 technical support for a SaaS B2B commerce platform: troubleshoot production issues, analyze GCP logs, debug APIs and integrations, perform root cause analysis, collaborate with engineering/product teams, communicate status to customers, and maintain knowledge base and process improvements. Work US business hours (India night shift).
