Build and coach AEs and BDRs, design and launch an outbound motion, strengthen inbound funnel, improve sales playbooks and operations, partner with Marketing and Product, and commercialize the webinar product while introducing AI-enabled workflows.

Own strategy and execution of behavior-driven lifecycle email programs to drive adoption, engagement, and cross-sell for trial and customer audiences. Use data and AI to identify segments and opportunities, build trigger-based campaigns in HubSpot, partner cross-functionally to align content and product launches, define KPIs, and create customer delight programs that turn users into advocates.
