Lead new product launches, regulatory changes, process improvements, and business analysis initiatives. Support product structuring, manage service-provider relationships, resolve complex operational issues, and improve scalability through automation, technology, and AI-enabled workflows.

Manage daily operations for a European ETF and ETP product range, including pricing, NAVs, tracking error, collateral, market data, and counterparty risk. Support product structuring, launches, regulatory changes, and operational improvement projects. Resolve complex operational issues, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and improve scalability through automation, AI tools, Python, and VBA solutions.

Leads end-to-end integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across Europe, including audience definition, messaging, channel planning, paid media, content, events, KPIs, lead management, optimization, compliance, and post-campaign analysis. Partners with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to drive lead generation and pipeline contribution. Manages multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and one direct report while coaching and developing team capability.

Supports ETF sales and business development across France and Benelux. Responsibilities include assisting with client relationships, preparing materials, supporting meetings and events, maintaining sales tools and databases, contributing to market analysis, and providing support across sales, marketing, and commercial initiatives.

Lead and grow WisdomTree's institutional and intermediary distribution across priority Asian markets. Generate net new assets, execute an Asia distribution plan, build and maintain client relationships, represent the firm at events, collaborate with internal teams, maintain CRM and pipeline reporting, and travel regularly throughout Asia to expand market presence.
