The Continuous Improvement Engineer will coach Lean principles, track key initiatives, and drive operational excellence through mentorship and training across all organizational levels.

Coordinate social media activities for Wis-Pak beverage brands by engaging with followers, influencers, and ambassadors; creating and posting content; monitoring trends and platform updates; managing giveaways; maintaining brand guidelines; producing monthly insights reports; and supporting marketing campaigns.

The Corporate Network Coordinator manages the Obeya space, maintains visual management systems, coordinates project activities, prepares agendas, and ensures compliance in change control.

Manage day-to-day HR for a bottling plant: support leaders and employees on policies, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, workforce analytics, engagement, and training initiatives to meet plant staffing and development goals.

Lead and supervise QA team to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance. Oversee QA procedures, lab inventory, calibration, sanitation, and chemical handling. Investigate batch and quality issues, manage quality holds, and participate in cross-functional continuous improvement and food safety/defense initiatives.

Lead production planning across the network: set production plans, manage raw material purchasing and inventory, own planning master data and KPIs, optimize network sourcing and stocking, represent planning in IBP, support new product launches, partner cross-functionally, and recruit/mentor the planning team.
