Grows revenue within existing Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer accounts while developing new territory customers. Builds strategic account plans, meets sales targets, promotes products and VMI services, manages customer relationships, follows up on leads, monitors forecasts, gathers competitive intelligence, resolves complaints, documents activities in Salesforce, attends trade shows, and coordinates with internal sales and product teams. Travel may comprise up to 50% of the role.

Supports the sales team by preparing customer quotes, sourcing non-stock materials, entering purchase orders, maintaining expedite and backlog reports, updating customer portals, completing customer paperwork, and communicating with customers, vendors, and internal departments. The role also handles phone screening, computer-based administrative tasks, and general office support while ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Schedule and coordinate workflow, resources, and inventory for Value Added operations (Laser Marking, Processing, Cable Manufacturing, Markers). Maintain due dates, backlog updates, paperwork, materials, and communication with supervisors, sales, and employees to meet on-time delivery. Support continuous improvement and document processes per quality procedures.

Handles customer quote requests, sources non-stock materials, prepares quotes, books orders, maintains pricing and account information, and meets sales targets. Follows up on RFQs, identifies upselling and account expansion opportunities, develops customer relationships, resolves complaints, researches product questions, monitors competition, promotes the eCommerce platform, and identifies potential strategic accounts.

Ensure software meets company standards by designing and executing test plans, documenting test cases and results, performing manual and automated testing, tracking and reporting bugs, interfacing with users and developers, and developing quality standards and procedures to determine release readiness.

Own the product-line strategy, pricing, inventory, supplier relationships, and commercial performance for connector product families. Drive market development, sales enablement, product data integrity, and cross-functional initiatives while applying AI, automation, and analytics to improve availability, margin, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Marketing, IT, suppliers, and customers. Travel up to 25%.
