Teams at WireMasters, Inc.

Manage and grow Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts in the assigned territory by building relationships, selling WireMasters products and services, developing strategic account plans, coordinating with internal teams, tracking forecasts, promoting VMI, attending trade shows, resolving customer issues, and maintaining activity records in SalesForce. Responsible for meeting sales targets and expanding business with new and existing customers.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales Team: prepare quotes, enter and revise purchase orders, source non-stock items, maintain reports and customer portals, coordinate with customers and vendors, and assist with paperwork and daily sales tasks.

Schedule and coordinate workflow, resources, and inventory for Value Added operations (Laser Marking, Processing, Cable Manufacturing, Markers). Maintain due dates, backlog updates, paperwork, materials, and communication with supervisors, sales, and employees to meet on-time delivery. Support continuous improvement and document processes per quality procedures.
