Handles customer quote requests, sources non-stock materials, prepares quotes, books orders, maintains pricing and account information, and meets sales targets. Follows up on RFQs, identifies upselling and account expansion opportunities, develops customer relationships, resolves complaints, researches product questions, monitors competition, promotes the eCommerce platform, and identifies potential strategic accounts.

Support statutory accounting, tax compliance, and financial recordkeeping for WireMasters Turkey. Maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries and accruals, assist month- and year-end close, reconcile VAT, coordinate VAT and statutory filings, liaise with external accountants, tax advisors and auditors, support AP/AR and bank reconciliations, track customs/landed costs, ensure ERP controls, and provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Ensure software meets company standards by designing and executing test plans, documenting test cases and results, performing manual and automated testing, tracking and reporting bugs, interfacing with users and developers, and developing quality standards and procedures to determine release readiness.
