Coaches and trains sub-dealer partners on products, sales techniques, systems, customer service, and compliance. Conducts site visits, monitors performance metrics, provides improvement recommendations, develops training materials, resolves partner issues, and serves as the primary day-to-day liaison between the company and partner locations. Requires extensive telecommunications experience and prior store management or district team leadership experience.

Generate outbound and follow-up sales for wireless and telecom products, including upgrades, additional lines, plans, devices, and accessories. Conduct consultative customer conversations, recommend suitable offers, overcome objections, close sales, complete post-sale follow-ups, and identify additional revenue opportunities. Manage high call volumes while meeting compliance standards and consistently achieving individual sales targets.

Supports financial operations, accounting reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring. The role also develops automated reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, maintains revenue and expense records, assists with financial modeling, and identifies process improvements to increase reporting efficiency and support strategic decisions.
