Manages Wire 3’s community presence across assigned markets by planning and executing local events, building relationships with civic and community organizations, engaging in neighborhood online groups, monitoring sentiment, and gathering competitive intelligence. Coordinates with sales, operations, field services, government affairs, and marketing teams. Tracks engagement and leads, maintains event resources, represents the brand publicly, and supports evening and weekend events throughout the region.

Supports recruitment and HR operations by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing onboarding and offboarding. Maintains HR documentation, process maps, workflows, and sensitive employee records while assisting with HR projects. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills, with HRIS and recruiting-tool experience preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish candidates are highly desired.

Own recruiting for Direct Sales Representatives across Wire 3’s current and upcoming markets. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, maintaining candidate pipelines, partnering with sales leadership, tracking recruiting metrics, and representing the company at job fairs and community events. This is a full-time, on-site role in Daytona Beach, Florida, with occasional event-related travel.

Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve Wire 3’s FTTH XGS-PON network infrastructure, including Nokia platforms, OLTs, ONTs, routers, and ancillary systems. Support network deployments, automation, IT and network projects, customer issue resolution, and field technicians. Apply routing, transport, fiber infrastructure, virtualization, API, and basic programming knowledge while maintaining network performance, uptime, and documentation.
