Coordinates FTTH deployment projects between Wire 3, engineering firms, municipalities, contractors, and vendors. Manages permitting timelines, construction segments, contractor assignments, project tracking, reporting, forecasting, budgets, audits, and build planning. Represents Wire 3 in municipality meetings and supports timely service delivery. The role requires OSP/ISP project management experience, familiarity with Notion, Vetro, and CH, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and local travel.

Coordinate regional fiber-to-the-home deployments between engineering firms, municipalities, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Manage permitting, construction segments, contractor packages, KPIs, project tracking, reporting, forecasting, budgets, audits, and build planning. Represent Wire 3 at municipality meetings and ensure projects progress within established timelines. The role operates across office and field environments and requires local travel within the assigned market area.

Own recruiting for Direct Sales Representatives across Wire 3’s current and upcoming markets. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, maintaining candidate pipelines, partnering with sales leadership, tracking recruiting metrics, and representing the company at job fairs and community events. This is a full-time, on-site role in Daytona Beach, Florida, with occasional event-related travel.
