Provides front-line and escalated IT support for more than 400 users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, telecommunications, printing, and endpoint issues. Prepares, deploys, manages, inventories, and stores computers and peripherals, including seasonal camp equipment. Supports Microsoft 365, MDM, software deployment, system administration, documentation, ticket resolution, and IT projects.

Coordinates year-round and summer camp operations, including logistics, inventory, procurement, campus transitions, emergency planning, budgeting, vendor relationships, and camp store responsibilities. Leads and supervises seasonal operations staff, develops training materials, supports food-service coordination, and serves on the summer leadership team. The role also involves recruiting trips, partner relationship management, occasional travel, and relocation to a summer camp location.

Leads the Staff Development team and strategy for recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, and developing more than 1,000 seasonal staff annually. Partners with senior leaders, manages budgets and resources, uses data to improve staff experiences and operational effectiveness, and supports the discipleship and leadership growth of college-age staff.

Oversees the design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of leadership and employee development programs. Creates curriculum, conducts needs assessments, leads instructors and subject-matter experts, manages assessments, coaches leaders, and supports learning management system integration. Partners with ministry and support-service leaders on customized development initiatives, administers Train-the-Trainer programs, manages external partners, and contributes to cross-functional learning and development projects.
