Supports and advocates for foster families and children by coordinating with state agencies, courts, schools, therapists, and other providers. Manages placements, conducts home and child visits, maintains required case documentation, communicates case and permanency plans, transports children, attends hearings and trainings, and participates in rotating on-call responsibilities across the Greater Atlanta region.

Leads organization-wide AI enablement by identifying opportunities, designing and scaling AI workflows, measuring outcomes, supporting responsible adoption, and partnering with IT, data, and learning teams. Serves as a strategic business partner, drives cross-functional change, develops training resources, and promotes governed, value-driven use of generative AI and automation.

Leads the organization-wide learning and development strategy, programs, and team. Oversees leadership development, individual contributor learning pathways, blended training, facilitation, coaching, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and vendor relationships while aligning initiatives with the foundation’s Christian mission and values.
