Coordinates year-round hiring, placement, onboarding, training, and development for summer camp staff. Maintains placement records, manages training resources, supports recruitment and interviews, communicates with candidates and internal teams, assists Camp Director training, and provides on-site support for traveling teams. The role requires relationship-building, mentorship, discipleship, strong communication, organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and substantial seasonal travel.

Leads the Staff Development team and strategy for recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, and developing more than 1,000 seasonal staff annually. Partners with senior leaders, manages budgets and resources, uses data to improve staff experiences and operational effectiveness, and supports the discipleship and leadership growth of college-age staff.

Supports and advocates for foster families and children by coordinating with state agencies, courts, schools, therapists, and other providers. Manages placements, conducts home and child visits, maintains required case documentation, communicates case and permanency plans, transports children, attends hearings and trainings, and participates in rotating on-call responsibilities across the Greater Atlanta region.
