Provide Chinese-speaking supplier support for a global supply chain finance platform. Responsibilities include onboarding, resolving platform queries and incidents, coordinating with technical and operations teams, supporting programme rollouts, monitoring KPIs, maintaining guides and training materials, performing data checks, and improving recurring support processes.

Develop and manage corporate client relationships across assigned markets, identifying needs for foreign exchange, treasury, international payments, and hedging solutions. Provide market insights, support prospecting and the full sales cycle, coordinate transactions with internal teams, and maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records. The role requires fluent German and English, financial markets experience, strong commercial ability, and effective communication and negotiation skills.
