At Winning Consulting, we are looking for an experienced Business analyst to join a strategic transformation project for a leading multinational company operating within the insurance industry.

Responsabilities- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between Business, Technology and other project stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Analyse existing processes and define AS-IS / TO-BE models.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and use cases.
- Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and potential process efficiencies.
- Support requirements prioritisation, validation, testing and UAT activities.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving digital experiences and business processes.
- Support transformation initiatives involving AI, automation and digitalisation.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Previous experience in consulting, insurance, banking or other regulated sectors is desirable.
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent English and Spanish.

- Solid experience performing Business Analyst responsibilities
- Previous professional experience within consulting
- Professional or project experience within the insurance industry
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Experience analyzing business processes and documenting process flows
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities within complex organizations
- Experience bridging business and technology teams
- Understanding of the full project lifecycle within transformation programs
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience using process modeling tools such as Visio or equivalent
- Advanced professional English at minimum C1 level
- Professional Spanish
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
- Experience in artificial intelligence, automation, digitalization, or technology transformation projects
- Experience with Customer Journey or Digital Journey initiatives
- Experience in Business Change, Operational Excellence, or process and systems transformation projects
- Previous experience within insurance or brokerage
- Exposure to banking, pharma, or industrial sectors
- Lean or Operational Excellence knowledge
- Experience in international and multicultural environments
