The Food Safety and Quality Manager leads FS&Q activities at the manufacturing site, ensuring compliance, managing teams, and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise and manage production shift operations to meet safety, quality, and output targets. Create schedules, ensure compliance with food safety and GMP practices, troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Shipping, train and develop staff, complete required documentation, and support continuous production goals.

Lead all plant-level food safety and quality activities including sanitation, compliance, GFSI certification, audits, and PCQI responsibilities.
