The Controls Automation Engineer will resolve automation issues, develop best practices, assist in design and implementation of automation in food processing lines, and mentor others.

Lead and govern sales execution of commercial initiatives, optimize sales tools and processes, manage SAP sales hierarchy updates, partner with IT, coordinate cross-functional integrations, develop customer communications, and prepare executive presentations to drive sales team execution.

Manage P&L and budget for Ingredient, Co-Manufacturing & Foodservice Dry Pasta business. Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies, pricing, new product commercialization, and assortment decisions. Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Finance, Supply) to deliver operating plans, launches, and continuous improvement while responding to sales opportunities and developing bids/proposals.
