Leads enterprise Workday business systems architecture, functional and technical analysis, solution design, integrations, testing, performance, security, availability, change control, incident management, and implementations. Partners with business stakeholders and suppliers to improve processes, establish architectural standards, and deliver complex initiatives. Provides cross-functional IT support, user training, mentoring, and technical leadership across Workday HCM capabilities.

Directs the Customer Experience department and oversees order execution, fulfillment, pricing, transportation, customer issue resolution, KPIs, resource planning, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives. Leads teams, manages customer escalations, supports acquisitions and commercialization projects, drives technology and system enhancements, and partners with Commercial, IT, Supply Chain, production, and warehouse teams. The role requires strong leadership, project and change management, customer service expertise, and SAP and business intelligence knowledge.

Manage customer orders from entry through shipment, ensuring product availability and timely fulfillment. Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams about shortages, delays, and order issues. Analyze inventory reports, resolve overages, shortages, and damages, maintain customer records, and monitor EDI orders. Use SAP and Power BI to support order-management decisions, resolve recurring service problems, and coordinate customer transitions, implementations, and product changes across commercial, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, finance, and IT teams.
