Lead cross-functional activities to transition new food products into full-scale manufacturing. Manage project timelines, plant trials, BOMs, and launch costs while ensuring food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time, cost-effective production. Identify and mitigate risks, coordinate resources, and drive post-launch optimization.

Lead deployment of Winland Excellence Systems at a Stoney Creek manufacturing site. Integrate digital solutions, coach site leadership and hourly teams, run trainings, oversee cost savings initiatives, design KPI reporting, ensure data accuracy, and present progress to senior management to unlock capacity and reduce costs.
