The role also develops integrations across CRM and ERP systems, supports internal context infrastructure, reconciles cross-system data, and contributes to AI engineering practices while collaborating with product, sales, and customer-facing teams.

Lead the Sales and Customer Success teams across the US West and Canada, develop commercial strategy, and foster partner relationships.
