Lead and execute end-to-end IT audit engagements per IIA standards. Align compensation strategy with business goals, manage incentive programs, ensure legal compliance, and drive communication and change management across the organization.

Manage a portfolio of high-priority projects from planning through closeout, govern program delivery, coordinate stakeholders, drive vendor and change management, coach project managers, and ensure delivery of business value on time, on budget, and within scope.

Lead and execute internal audit engagements end-to-end per IIA standards: planning, risk assessment, walkthroughs, testing, reporting, and QA. Coach staff, review workpapers, monitor project budgets/timelines, escalate risks, perform root cause analysis, and leverage data analytics and AI-enabled techniques to improve audit coverage and efficiency. Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory requirements.

Execute end-to-end internal audits per IIA standards: plan, test controls, document, report, and coach staff. Use data analytics and AI-enabled techniques, monitor project budgets, escalate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance (including Bank Secrecy Act).

Manage mortgage production team to originate compliant conventional, FHA, and VA loans; oversee pipeline, compliance, training, reporting, product recommendations, and member outreach. Coordinate with QC, underwriting, marketing, and business development to meet volume targets and deliver high-quality member service.

Manage a portfolio of strategic projects from planning through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Maintain stakeholder and vendor relationships, enforce program governance, implement organizational change management, coach project managers, manage risks, and align delivery to enterprise strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
