Conducts functional and non-functional testing for new and modified IT systems before production launch. Develops test plans, executes testing, investigates defects, identifies root causes, and supports test automation. Assists with security controls testing, vulnerability management, compliance programs, metrics, and risk reporting. Collaborates with technology, business, project management, and vendors while providing testing expertise and mentoring across teams.

Conduct end-to-end functional and non-functional testing for new and modified IT systems before production release. Develop test plans, cases, reports, QA processes, automation initiatives, metrics, and quality standards. Execute security controls testing and support vulnerability management and compliance programs. Investigate defects, outages, root causes, and testing gaps while coordinating with technology, business, project management, and vendors. Provide testing expertise, technical mentoring, and risk-focused recommendations across teams.

Executes and reviews IT audits from planning through reporting, including risk assessments, walkthroughs, control testing, workpaper review, root cause analysis, and quality assurance. Serves as an IT audit subject matter expert, monitors project budgets and status, coaches staff auditors, supports forensic and continuous auditing projects, and evaluates emerging technology risks. Requires knowledge of IT controls, technology platforms, financial institution regulations, and computer-assisted audit techniques.
