Oversees learning programs for systems, financial services operations, lending, compliance, process changes, and enterprise initiatives. Partners with senior leaders and subject matter experts to improve workforce readiness, technical proficiency, employee adoption, and business outcomes. Establishes training metrics, supports organizational change, develops team members, and ensures scalable, compliant, learner-centered programs.
