Assists the Resident Care Director with resident assessments, service plans, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and supervision of CNA staff. Provides high-quality geriatric and senior living care while following state and federal requirements.

Directs the business office’s administrative and fiscal functions for a senior care facility. Responsibilities include managing resident accounts, receipts, deposits, petty cash, administrative policies, office staffing, personnel performance, recruitment, training, and compliance. The role supervises business office staff and works with regional accounting, human resources, and facility leadership to maintain accurate procedures and regulatory compliance.

Provide nursing leadership in assisted living by coordinating assessments and care plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, assisting the Resident Care Director, and supervising CNA staff. Requires valid state RN license; geriatric care experience and supervisory experience preferred.
