Provide hands-on lab support for prototype bring-up, verification testing, signal and power measurements, data collection, and failure analysis. Build test fixtures, automated software-on-hardware tests, investigate HIL failures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and scale of autonomous aircraft testing.

Perform aerodynamic design, analysis, testing, and aircraft configuration trade studies for unmanned aerial systems. Develop aircraft and propulsion performance models, multidisciplinary design tools, and simulation capabilities. The role develops rigorous validation programs for autonomous delivery aircraft, integrates telemetry, automation, simulation, HIL, and SIL capabilities, and translates test findings into engineering, product, regulatory, and commercial decisions. It also generates traceable evidence supporting FAA and global aviation safety submissions.

The Senior Hardware Product Manager will drive hardware development efforts, coordinating across teams to manage product roadmaps, automate operations, and enhance delivery efficiency.

Develop, deploy, and maintain deep learning perception models for autonomous delivery drones. Build resource-constrained real-time inference, improve existing models and pipelines, and collaborate with hardware, software, and flight-test teams to productionize safe, reliable perception features.

Design, implement, and manage supply chain system solutions (ERP/MRP/WMS/TMS) and integrations (API/EDI) to enable manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and procurement. Coordinate ground support scheduling, onboard and qualify vendor crew, support maintenance and equipment movement, ensure crew equipment readiness, occasionally serve as crew member (Ground Support Operator/Visual Observer), and support community and government outreach for regional drone delivery operations.
