Build test fixtures, automated software-on-hardware tests, investigate HIL failures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and scale of autonomous aircraft testing.

Lead design, development, and scaling of Wing's hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) infrastructure for embedded, perception, and avionics integration. Define HIL roadmap, design modular test fixtures, build automated hardware regression pipelines, and mentor engineers and lab technicians to enable large-scale reliable testing of autonomous aircraft.

Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, and special projects. Plan global offsites, drive meeting governance, optimize processes, onboard leaders, and handle sensitive communications with discretion while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
