Own talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, hiring analytics, AI-driven recruiting tools adoption, employer branding, and select full-cycle leadership hires. Act as strategic advisor to senior leaders and balance internal and contingent recruiting delivery models.

Manage onsite workplace environments across multiple Palo Alto sites, overseeing vendor relationships, facilities maintenance, office services, space optimization, ticket resolution, procurement tracking, and cross-functional coordination with IT, Safety, and Security. Support culinary, mail, and team amenities while monitoring operational spend and site safety. Travel up to 10% for site oversight.

Provide hands-on lab support for prototype bring-up, verification testing, signal and power measurements, data collection, and failure analysis. Lead and scale Wing's global drone delivery operations: launch new markets, manage distributed multi-site and hybrid workforces, optimize unit economics and labor efficiency, integrate AI-driven tools into operations, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and partner across product, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Coordinate ground support scheduling, onboard and qualify vendor crew, support maintenance and equipment movement, ensure crew equipment readiness, occasionally serve as crew member (Ground Support Operator/Visual Observer), and support community and government outreach for regional drone delivery operations.

Manage and develop a regional team supporting flight operations, oversee vendor relationships and workforce management tools, approve finance/admin items, plan staffing capacity, create SOPs and training, ensure health and safety compliance, and coordinate cross-functional and public engagement for commercial drone operations.

Lead and scale Wing's sourcing and procurement organization to support mass production and NPI. Develop procurement strategies for direct and indirect sourcing, manage supplier relationships, drive cost and process improvements (including AI-driven procurement), align procurement with engineering and manufacturing, and execute global supplier deals to ensure supply continuity, quality, and optimized total cost of ownership.

Lead a team converting simulation and flight operations data into actionable insights. Design evaluation workflows, automated triage, metrics, pipelines, and statistical methods to quantify performance and detect regressions. Define acceptance criteria for releases and connect operational findings to the engineering roadmap while partnering with engineering, flight operations, and analytics.

Design and prototype mechanical and robotic systems for package loading subsystems. Develop hardware and embedded software (C++), create automated testing infrastructure, analyze test data with Python/MATLAB and SQL, troubleshoot electromechanical components (BLDC motors, servos, microcontrollers), and collaborate across teams to move designs to production.

Design, launch, and scale Wing's centralized corporate training function. Build strategy, select AI-driven learning tools, create adaptive learning pathways for safety, leadership, engineering, and compliance, deliver training, partner with cross-functional teams, and evolve the function from individual contributor work to a small team.
