Teams at Wing

Lead architecture, design, and scaling of UTM routing, policy enforcement, and pilot orchestration systems. Drive reliability, incident response, SLO/SLI strategy, mentor engineering leaders, run post-incident reviews, influence executive technical direction, and represent Wing externally.

Lead and scale the Business Operations function, translate corporate strategy into operational execution, own company-wide operating systems (OKRs, planning, reviews), remove execution risks, improve organizational efficiency, and establish project management and process rigor across Wing.

Develop, deploy, and maintain deep learning perception models for autonomous delivery drones. Build resource-constrained real-time inference, improve existing models and pipelines, and collaborate with hardware, software, and flight-test teams to productionize safe, reliable perception features.
