Lead Windward's company-wide AI transformation across adoption, infrastructure, and builds. Build and run the program end-to-end, manage and grow teams, drive change with VPs, prioritize initiatives, create and sometimes implement agents and workflows, and measure/report impact (hours saved, adoption, platform leverage).

Provide end-to-end technical support for B2B and B2G customers, troubleshoot product, API, and data issues, manage tickets and SLAs, collaborate with Product/R&D, and support onboarding and training to resolve complex technical and compliance-related problems.

Lead global Revenue Operations to build GTM operating cadence, optimize revenue tech stack, improve pipeline quality and forecast accuracy, enable sales through onboarding and continuous enablement, and drive MEDDPICC discipline and cross-functional alignment to scale enterprise sales motion.
