Own the product organization’s operating rhythm, leadership readiness, portfolio systems, metrics, dashboards, internal communications, customer commitments, and compliance operations. Build AI agents, no-code tools, data workflows, and automations that improve visibility and efficiency across product and R&D. Serve as the SVP Product’s operational partner, handle executive-facing work, and solve ambiguous, high-leverage problems.

Own the core Windward application and its modular composition layer for analyst and government-operator workflows. Define reusable data and UX primitives, lead a dedicated engineering team without direct management, participate in architecture decisions, and present product work to executives, sales, marketing, customers, and governments. The role requires simplifying complex technical domains, building agentic capabilities, prioritizing outcomes, and delivering high-quality investigation and mission-planning experiences.

Build and ship internal AI agents, applications, intelligent workflows, and shared AI infrastructure. Own solutions end to end, from problem definition and architecture through implementation, evaluation, logging, deployment, and production support. Integrate AI with company data, APIs, and internal systems; prototype emerging technologies; collaborate directly with internal users; and develop evaluations and guardrails for reliable non-deterministic systems.
