Windranger is seeking passionate builders for Web3 roles without rigid job descriptions, focusing on decentralized finance initiatives and flexible work environments.

Act as a community ambassador to grow Mantle's Web3 ecosystem through local and online engagement, events, content localization, partnerships, and feedback loops to drive adoption and long-term participation.

Conduct functional, performance, security, and automation testing for blockchain products and DApps. Participate in requirements and architecture reviews, build automation test cases and tools, design performance and stability tests (including chaos engineering), and establish blockchain testing frameworks. Include browser testing for blockchain-enabled browsers.

Design and implement blockchain protocols, modules, and algorithms; produce design docs and tests; develop POCs; share technical knowledge; support community communications and documentation for on-chain real-world asset infrastructure.

Manage FX trading and rate negotiations, run treasury settlement and reconciliations, implement hedging and risk mitigations, coordinate liquidity and cashflow with finance, and build scalable treasury processes and tooling with product and engineering.

Part-time role to research crypto and AI ecosystem trends, produce narrative-driven research, represent Mantle at events, drive community growth, and convert offline interactions into partnerships and ecosystem expansion.

Part-time (15–20 hrs/week) marketing & growth role to grow Mantle’s US presence through IRL events, partner operations, campaign execution, and content for crypto/Web3 audiences, converting engagements into leads and partnerships while coordinating across stakeholders.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative, financial, and legal support to cofounder, manage travel arrangements, and coordinate personal tasks.
