Lead design and operation of the Risk Control System, define rules for fiat, card, and forex transactions, run real-time monitoring and investigations, develop policies and SOPs, and translate operational risk needs into technical specifications with engineering teams.

Conduct functional, performance, security, and automation testing for blockchain products and DApps. Participate in requirements and architecture reviews, build automation test cases and tools, design performance and stability tests (including chaos engineering), and establish blockchain testing frameworks. Include browser testing for blockchain-enabled browsers.

Build and grow a Mandarin-speaking Web3 community through daily social channel management, content localization, campaigns, events (AMA, livestreams, meetups), KOL partnerships, data-driven optimization, and proactive user support to improve engagement, retention, and ecosystem growth.
