Leads an in-home sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, recruiting and coaching representatives, conducting ride-alongs and performance reviews, analyzing market activity and lost sales, managing pricing and margins, and reinforcing sales best practices and accountability.

Conduct 2–3 pre-set in-home sales appointments daily across Western New York. Present window replacement solutions, provide estimates and financing options, close deals in one visit, manage follow-up, and maintain the sales pipeline. The role requires extensive territory travel, frequent driving, evening and weekend availability, independent work, and strong communication and closing skills.

Conduct door-to-door outreach to homeowners, explain window products using scripts, answer questions, generate leads, attend community events, and work toward sales goals. The role requires outdoor walking and standing, customer interaction, and availability Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Paid training, benefits, bonuses, and career growth are provided; prior sales experience is not required.
