Remote regional recruiter responsible for full-cycle bilingual (English/Spanish) hiring for frontline, safety-sensitive and skilled-trades roles. Build pipelines through sourcing and outreach, conduct bilingual interviews, manage 20–30 active requisitions (peaks higher), maintain ATS records, partner with operations and HR, and travel occasionally to branches and hiring events to evaluate fit and strengthen relationships.

Lead enterprise-level relationships with multi-site commercial customers, secure and negotiate master service agreements, coordinate with regional and local sales and operations, drive account retention and expansion, manage forecasts and Salesforce records, and support RFPs and contract execution.

Prospect and close new commercial accounts in the Charlotte market for grease trap cleaning, pumping, and plumbing services. Build and maintain B2B relationships across restaurants, offices, healthcare, and other commercial customers. Create proposals, negotiate contracts, manage a sales pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

Lead and develop an 8-10 person commercial sales team for the South (Florida) region, build and execute strategic B2B sales plans, manage pipeline and performance using Salesforce, collaborate with operations and marketing, and travel up to 50% to grow accounts across restaurants, healthcare, municipalities, and commercial customers.

Prospect and generate new commercial business in North Orlando, build relationships with restaurants, offices, healthcare and other customers, negotiate contracts, create proposals, close deals, collaborate cross-functionally, meet sales quotas, and support services including grease trap cleaning, grease/septic pumping, and plumbing solutions.
