Performs day-to-day accounting functions, including accruals, general ledger entries, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and audit support. Reviews transactions and expenditures for compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and internal controls. Researches accounting data, prepares month-end and year-end reports, supports financial statement preparation, and responds to financial inquiries.

Leads the Tribal Department of Education across early learning, K–12, postsecondary, adult education, workforce development, scholarships, and youth programs. Oversees strategy, budgets, grants, contracts, compliance, staff, partnerships, culturally responsive programming, student support, family engagement, and community initiatives. Develops performance measures, prepares reports for Tribal leadership, supports educational and career outcomes, and ensures programs reflect Tribal history, language, traditions, and values.
