Identifies, prospects, qualifies, and develops new Commercial and Multifamily business opportunities across North Alabama and the Southeast. Builds relationships with contractors, developers, architects, property owners, and other decision-makers; manages target-account pipelines; conducts meetings and site visits; supports discovery, quoting, and first-order conversion; coordinates pursuits with sales, estimating, and operations teams; and transitions qualified opportunities for long-term account management.

Leads truss design operations, scheduling, resource allocation, workflow prioritization, and team mentoring. Designs and reviews optimized trusses using MiTek and AutoCAD while ensuring building-code and company-standard compliance. Serves as a key customer and sales-team contact, resolves technical issues, supports production and field operations, performs inspections and jobsite repairs, and drives process improvements that reduce errors and improve material efficiency.

Supervise day-to-day production at a millwork plant, lead and coach ~15–25 production employees, manage schedules and workflow, ensure OSHA compliance, maintain quality and safety, train staff, conduct performance reviews, manage costs, and act for the manager when absent.
