Recruitment Consultant responsible for managing end-to-end MBA recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and client consultation. The role requires building candidate networks, developing proactive recruitment strategies, maintaining applicant tracking data and pipelines, meeting recruiting metrics, and nurturing client and candidate relationships. Occasional attendance at onsite events in Boston is required.

Leads a team of recruiters supporting client accounts, driving recruiting performance, sourcing strategy, metrics, service-level adherence, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coaching and performance management, resource forecasting, reporting to senior leadership, auditing data integrity, developing recruiting strategies, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, and partnering with clients, CRM teams, and external stakeholders. The role is hybrid and requires working onsite with a client in Prague two to three days weekly.
