Manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA: source, screen, interview and present candidates; build talent pipelines and client relationships; develop proactive sourcing strategies; meet submit-to-interview and hire targets; maintain ATS and reporting; advise clients on selection and compensation to deliver successful hires.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates by managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, negotiating offers, and maintaining ATS records and pipeline metrics while building strong client and candidate relationships.

Lead and coach a team of recruiters to meet account hiring goals; develop sourcing strategies, manage performance and reporting, ensure SLA adherence, forecast resourcing, maintain data integrity, and partner with CRM and senior leadership to drive client satisfaction.
